Dr. Sanjay Khurana On KABC; Discusses How To Prevent Low Back Pain in an Office Setting

Orthopedic spine surgeon Dr. Sanjay Khurana was featured on a segment on KABC, discussing ways a person can prevent low back pain in an office environment.  According to Dr. Khurana, people who sit at a desk for most of the work day can prevent low back pain by moving the body every 15 or 20 minutes.  In addition to stretching and moving the body, being mindful of posture can help as well.
